New Indianapolis Stake! Effective Nov 11, 2007.

10/28/2007. It was announced at sacrament meeting that a new stake is being created in Indianapolis effective November 11, 2007. It will be the Indianapolis West Stake, and consist of:

Ward	Previous stake
Avon Ward	Indy North
Brownsburg Ward	Indy North
Greencastle Branch	Bloomington
Eagle Creek Ward	Indy North
Indianapolis 3rd Ward	Indy (South)
Indianapolis 4th (YSA) Branch	Indy North
Plainfield Ward	Indy (South)
White River 1st Ward	Indy North
White River 2nd Branch.	Indy North

The Indy North Stake will then consist of:

Beech Grove Ward (Formerly of Indy Stake)
Carmel Ward
Crossroads Ward
Cumberland Ward
Fishers 1st Ward (Formerly of Muncie Stake)
Fishers 2nd Ward (Formerly of Muncie Stake)
Indianapolis 2nd Ward
Zionsville Ward
